Elliott Reunion
The Reunion Council [General Planning Committee] is comprised of a group of eleven (11) dedicated individuals who come together with the common goal of organizing and executing a memorable and enjoyable family reunion. This Council includes family members representing all the major branches of our family tree, from all over the world.
Other tasks/responsibilities:

Create a formal entity [family association] to facilitate development of mission statement and bylaws outlining our structure, membership criteria, and decision-making processes.

Overall event coordination, logistics and scheduling, developing a comprehensive event plan and timeline, securing a suitable venue and coordinate logistics, and establish a budget with fundraising strategies.

Attend regular meetings to strategize on the best ways to keep family members engaged and excited!
